SMART TABS, HYDROPLANE, EZ-BOARD WARRANTY
DOMESTIC LIMITED WARRANTY
Linear Devices Corporation warrants to the first retail purchaser of this product that it is free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of; five (5) years on all metal and/or composite components; and two (2) years for rubber boot covers and gas actuators, from the date of purchase. Failures due to material and workmanship defects may be replaced with an exact or like model by completing the Warranty Request Form below. A Smart Tabs customer support representative or technician will contact you for additional trouble shooting, information, or to issue a “Return Authorization” number to send the failed part back for warranty evaluation. If the returned part is deemed to be covered under warranty, a replacement part will be shipped to you ground freight, FOB Destination (continental USA) for domestic customers. All part returns must have a “Return Authorization” number. Failures due to normal wear and tear, excessive force, exposure to environment, misuse, abuse, neglect, negligence, incidental or consequential damages or a failure to follow Smart Tabs written installation instructions are NOT covered by this warranty policy. The warranty policy does NOT cover labor cost, hauling fees or any other associated fees pertaining to replacing the failed part.
Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of consequential or special damages, therefore the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
INTERNATIONAL LIMITED WARRANTY

To get your warranty part from us, please fill out the below form and a Smart Tabs customer support representative or technician will contact you for additional trouble shooting information. We will be able to supply you the warranty part, however, you will have to cover all shipping costs, duties and taxes associated with the order. To source your warranty part overseas, please contact your nearest Smart Tabs distributor for warranty replacement evaluation. Smart Tabs distributors are located on the Smart Tabs website at www.nauticusinc.com under “Buy Now”. You will need:
a) a description of the problem or symptom of the failure.
b) a photo of the Smart Tabs lot number on the failed part. To see this remove the rubber boot and the number is listed on the label
c) Proof of purchase

RETURN POLICY
All returns must be sent back to us with an RA # that we will provide you when you contact us via email at [email protected] . Your RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box when returned. Please note your return could be subject to a 20% restocking fee on returned merchandise that will be deducted from your returned funds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
